Michael Cooley is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, where he gained invaluable experience as a clerk for two years during law school. His practice encompasses a wide range of tasks related to real estate matters, including negotiating and drafting contracts for Acquisitions & Sales, facilitating Commercial Leasing agreements, advising on Condominium Management and Homeowner's Associations, overseeing Development & Creation projects, and navigating Land Use & Zoning regulations. Additionally, Michael assists clients with Property Tax Assessment & Protest processes. With this diverse skill set, he is well-equipped to handle the complexities of real estate transactions and management effectively.
Michael graduated from Creighton University School of Law, where he developed a passion for real estate law. Prior to his legal education, he earned his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University, laying the groundwork for a career dedicated to serving clients with integrity and expertise.
