McGrath North Adds to its Business and Corporate Practice Group
McGrath North is pleased to announce the addition of Neil A. McCarthy to its team of attorneys in the firm's Business and Corporate Practice Group.
Neil received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and, while in law school, clerked at the firm. As part of the Business and Corporate Practice Group, Neil will be focusing on business formation and planning, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. In addition, he will be providing environmental counseling, permitting, compliance services, and environmental enforcement, where he will guide clients on environmental regulations.
